Antique Copper with Patina and Robbins Egg Blue Turquoise Chips P-008
This hammered copper design has a patina that given it a distressed antique look. The copper bar, which measures 2.5" wide obtains the patina by being placed in a plastic fuming box and treated spritzed with ammonia and sprinkled with salt. The copper is left to sit for three or four hours as needed. Once removed, it was touched up with a metal patina.The antique copper chain was affixed across the top and up both sides, where the robins egg blue turquoise colored beads take over. The antique copper chain and lobster claw catch finish off the piece. The chain measures 26" long but may be shortened to 16" according to the desired length and apparel neckline it is worn with.
